Fountainhead Gallery is currently accepting artwork submissions.

We will only review printed submissions that are either mailed, delivered to the gallery or dropped off in person. We will not review submissions sent via email.

Submissions should include:

• Artist's resume/CV (include a website if you have one)

• General Artist's Statement. Artist Bio optional.

• 5 - 10 images (1 image per page please), and each image should indicate title, medium and size. Pricing is helpful but optional.
