LATIN JAZZ CONCERT WITH ADRIANA GIORDANO & MARINA ALBERO
Sep 19, 2019
Vocalist Adriana Giordano hails from São Paulo, Brazil. Her mother is Italian and her father was Uruguayan —two cultures that helped shape her diverse taste for music. Leading with a deep passion for music of her homeland, Adriana sings with a mesmerizing lyricism that is infectious, enthusiastic and authentically heartfelt. An eclectic and open-minded musician, Marina Albero has mastered many different music styles such as: jazz, flamenco, early music, Andalusian, Persian, Latin jazz... Equally at home playing the piano or the cimbalom staggeringly talented Marina loves improvising while creating a unique soundscape carved by her personal life experiences. The concert is performed in the brilliant company of Ted Kutscher's "Paintings from 41 to 49 North" and D. Jordan Parietti's new exhibit titled "Veils of Color."
